Motus is an independent company providing escalator parts on a supply only basis to the UK market. The company was founded by Andrew Oldham and Carole Smith after identifying the need for a competitively priced, service-driven supplier within the sector. Working in close partnership with our customers, we pride ourselves on delivering timely, cost-effective solutions.

Business innovation

Technology is changing the way we do business, proving to be a cost effective tool, which works in “real time” . Motus is the only business in the market , setting up dedicated “hunt” groups to improve your customer service. We have the ability to support engineers and line managers, parts can be ordered and authorised in the same conversation. This process is efficient and provides an audit trail.
